Alto Cost Management Pty Ltd was established in 2018 to service the construction market.
As at 2021 we are a team of three and regularly engage with Bond University to assist in their internship programme.
Our experience spans more than twenty years working on construction projects of all values in Australia, NZ and USA including almost seven years as a senior estimator at Australia and NZ's leading builder and operator of shopping centres.
Other experience includes working as an estimator/cost planner with Tier 1 construction companies, senior cost manager for a resort developer in Orlando (USA) and as a traditional quantity surveyor.
Our experience has been further honed with a deeper understanding of the requirements for each – whether builder, subcontractor, developer or consultant and further includes negotiation and direct delivery experience for construction projects up to $500M.
The Alto Cost Management methodology combines traditionalist and modern ways - hard copy drawings and estimating software.
The expertise gained assists in us adding value to your projects by identifying and mitigating risk – both known and potential.
